Compared to last week's very light run, feeder steers and heifers were 2.00-4.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves under 700 lbs. sold 4.00-8.00 higher with spots 12.00 higher. Demand was good on a moderate supply. Receipts were more normal this week due to cooler temperatures and improvement in the cattle future markets. The quality was average with several load lots in the offering. The largest draft of the day was 82 head of six-weight mixed heifers. One stick-out draft was 68 head of 710 lb. steers which brought 259.00/cwt.
