The supply also included a couple of herd sell outs with several nice packages of bred cows and pairs. In contrast to what we are being told by the mainstream media, there is no shortage in beef. The shortage is in processed beef due to the inability of processing plants to operate at full capacity to meet the demand. Anyone willing to process their own beef would have no problem finding a producer to sell them an animal to process.
