As filed

Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold another 8.00 to 12.00 higher with a few weights of mostly heifer calves 15.00 to 20.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady. Same song, different verse as the feeder market continues to surge higher. A couple large consignments of backgrounded 650-700 lb heifers were a hot ticket for sure, with most of the rest of the offering consisting of fall calves. Supply moderate, demand good.
