As filed

Compared to the last sale three weeks ago, steer and heifer calves traded unevenly steady from 2.00 lower to 2.00 higher. Yearling cattle sold 3.00 to 5.00 lower, except 700-800 lb heifers which traded a full 2.00 higher on the strength of a high quality, reputation load-plus consignment of 716 lb heifers. Slaughter cows 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Very good quality all day long with a lot of the cattle carrying some excess flesh. Supply heavy and demand moderate to good.
