Compared to the last auction two weeks ago, steer calves under 600 lbs sold with a higher undertone on a light test, 650-750 lbs steers sold steady to 3.00 higher, spots 5.00 higher on the 700-750 lbs, pot load of 840 lb steers sold 1.00 higher than two weeks ago. Feeder heifers weighing 450-700 lbs sold mostly steady on comparable weights. Slaughter cows traded steady. A good offering of yearling steers weighing 650-850 lbs sold with good demand on and active market with heifers weighing over 600 lbs selling with moderate demand with moderate flesh conditions. Several small lots and packages of steers calves weighing 500-550 lbs sold also with good demand.
