Compared to the last sale three weeks ago, steers and heifers sold mostly steady with some steers from 600-750 lbs as much as 5.00 lower. Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 higher. The local cash trade held up remarkably well given the volatility and uncertainty in the beef sector the past few weeks. A couple loads each of steers and heifers were met with good demand. Supply and demand moderate.
