Compared to a much lighter run last week, comparable sales of steers and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher. Several loads and multi load lots of attractive yearling steers brought quite a bit of excitement to the auction and a full house of buyers were in the seats. Demand was good to very good for a heavy supply of quality cattle. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady except for some high dressing up to 3.00 higher, bulls mostly 5.00 higher.
