As filed

Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold with a steady to firm undertone. Demand was good for a moderate supply. Cattle futures have posted solid gains in the middle of the week which has been the largest move on the board since the highly volatile market in the spring. A cow special followed the feeder sale. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 higher with the advance on fleshier cows.
