As filed

Compared to the higher market two weeks ago, steers mostly sold steady to 5.00 lower but with spots up to 10.00 lower on the 650-750 lb weight range. A light test of heifers sold 5.00-10.00 lower. Cattle futures have struggled to find some footing the last several weeks with the fears of coronavirus still driving the market down. Demand was good for calves and light to moderate for yearlings who have seen the brunt of the fallout with little to do other than send them to the feedlot up against summer fed contracts that are still searching for a bottom. Supply was moderate. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 2.00-4.00 lower compared to two weeks ago.
