Compared to last week, steers sold steady to 5.00 lower except for 400-500 lb calves trading 10.00 higher. Heifers sold mostly steady to light comparisons from last week, but 350-450 lb heifers traded with a firm to higher undertone. Demand was moderate to good, best for calves weighing 400-500 lbs. Supply was heavy and included mostly calves with several straight off the cow and many still bulls. Slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 lower, slaughter bulls steady.
