There was a standing room only crowd on hand tonight for this Friday evening JRS special cow sale. Many top end consignments this evening, kicking off with a hand full of breeding bulls, fancy sets of Brahman and tiger stripe heifers and cows, and many high quality bred cows and pairs. The top end young cows bred in the 2nd and 3rd stages commanded an average of over $4,000/hd. Plenty of bidders and buyers in town tonight looking to put their grass to good use.
