Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Wednesday, the bulk of slaughter cows sold 2.00-3.00 higher with a few high-dressing 4.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 3.00-5.00 higher. The offering included a light supply of bred cows and cow calf pairs. Rain fall lately has been spotty and quite varied in amounts with some folks talking about supplementing with hay and others talking about baling hay. Supply was moderate and demand good for slaughter classes.
