Reporter comment USDA

As filed

No recent sale for a price comparison but as expected steers and heifers sold sharply higher. Several loads and part loads of yearlings were on offer, drawing all the regular buyers plus a few extra with all of them eager to own some stock. Quality ran deep into the sale and condition on the majority of the cattle was very attractive. New record highs seem to be set daily and this sale was no exception with some jaw dropping figures reached throughout the day. Supply moderate, demand very good.
