Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to the last tested market from three weeks ago, feeder steers under 700 lbs 8.00-12.00 higher, and over 700 lbs firm to 5.00 higher on limited comparisons. Feeder heifers traded 3.00-5.00 higher. The feeder cattle market has really benefited in recent weeks from the slippage in the grain market, and who predicted that fat cattle would be trading around 150.00 in July! Demand good and supply light to moderate.
