Compared to last week, comparable sales with last week's lighter test and sharply lower market of steers weighing 550-750 lbs sold mostly 10.00-15.00 higher, with yearling steers over 750 lbs selling with a sharply higher undertone. Feeder heifers weighing 500-750 lbs sold 5.00-12.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold 3.00-6.00 higher. Demand was good with supply moderate. Best demand was on steers weighing 550-800 lbs . Overall quality was very good especially on steers with two pot loads of yearling steers and several strings and bunches of good blk steers sold with good demand on and active market.
