Friday's auction was a Special Bred Cow sale with very few feeders on offer for a market test. A nice offering of slaughter cows sold mostly 5.00-8.00 higher, spots 10.00 higher with the most advance on the high dressing cows. There was a nice quality offering of young bred cows mostly 3-5 yrs in the 3rd stage that sold with good demand and a few young pairs 4-6 yrs with 200-250 lb calves in the offering.
