Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow, Heifer and Pairs sale Thursday evening with a large crowd on hand. The feature attraction was a large quality offering of young pairs mostly 1st calf heifer pairs with the balance mostly 3-6 yrs with 150-300 lb calves by side several bred back in the 1st stage selling with good demand. Also selling was a nice quality offering of young 2-5 year old bred cows mostly in the 2nd-3rd stage selling with good demand. Overall a nice offering of young replacement heifers and young cows bred and with calves that sold on and active market.
