Feeder heifers weighing 450-600 lbs sold 12.00-20.00 higher, 600-700 lbs sold 3.00-9.00 higher and over 700 lbs sold with a higher undertone. Demand was good on a heavy supply with many top quality calves in the offering weaned and with shots all sold on a very active market along with the yearlings. Several stick out sales especially on the heifer calves with several lots and groups of 450-535 lb heifers all selling north of 3.00 per lb., a part load of 621 lb heifers sold at 269.50. Slaughter cows sold steady to firm.
