Compared to last week, feeder steers weighing 400-700 lbs sold 15.00-20.00 lower, with 700-800 lb steers selling 10.00-15.00 lower. Feeder heifers weighing 450-750 lbs traded 10.00-15.00 lower as well. Slaughter cows sold steady. Demand and supply was light to moderate. Feeder cattle prices remain in a lower trend as buyers are looking at the CME cattle futures, but can't find anything good to look at. This despite feeder cattle contracts trading with triple digit gains on Monday, but futures keep failing to find any consistent momentum.
