Compared to last Monday feeder steers sold mostly steady with good demand on comparable quality. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs sold steady to 3.00 lower with moderate demand except some featherweights under 400 lbs noticeably lower early with light demand. Quality was plain through good. Slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower with moderate demand. Slaughter bulls sold steady with good demand. Market improved mid-morning as the the stock market rallied and cattle futures improved.
