Compared to last week slaughter steers were 3.00 to 4.00 higher with slaughter heifers 6.00 higher and better packer interest this week and higher prices on higher quality steers and heifers. Holstein slaughter steers were too few to compare but trending higher. Cows were 3.00 higher and bulls 10.00 higher and active bidding on all cows and bulls. Feeder steers were too few to compare but trending higher and feeder heifers and bulls mostly steady on a limited offering this week.
