SPECIAL NOTE: A Pre-Vac Sale will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026. Expecting 600-700 head of weaned calves. The sale will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Compared to last week, feeder supply increased; however, receipts were largely comprised of three drafts. The largest draft included 196 head of steers averaging 810 lbs. that sold for $375.00/cwt. The second draft consisted of 66 head of steers averaging 806 lbs. that sold for $375.50/cwt. A third draft of 21 head of steers averaging 760 lbs. sold for $379.00/cwt.

On a light test across all weight classes, feeder steers and bulls traded steady to $6.00 higher. Feeder heifers traded $10.00 higher. Slaughter cattle sold mostly steady on a light test.
