In contrast to last week's large supply of weaned calves, this week's feeder market was unevenly tested. Feeder steers weighing 300-600 lbs sold $15.00-$20.00 lower, while steers over 600 lbs traded $7.00 higher. Feeder heifers weighing 300-400 lbs sold $15.00 higher, whereas 500-600 lb heifers traded $7.00 lower. Slaughter cattle sold mostly steady.
