"Compared to last week, supply on feeders was up, consisting of a mixed offering of both weaned and unweaned calves with slightly plainer offerings. Feeder cattle traded on uneven demand, ranging from $10.00 lower to $10.00 higher. A good supply of quality replacement cattle was available, attracting strong buyer interest and selling on good demand. Slaughter cattle were well tested, trading steady to $5.00 higher."
