Compared to the last sale on 02/06/25: Bulk of the trade was for out front spring delivery or later Few sales for current delivery and they sold 4.00-8.00 higher. A strong winter storm fell across much of the trade area breaking many records of low temperatures. Current delivery is 14 days from the last day of the video and is up to and including March 06, 2025. Deliveries are Current thru November 2025. Deliveries included 66% from South Central. 6% from the South East, 3% from North East, from 21% North Central and 4% from West. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (57% Steers, 32% Heifers, 5% Dairy/Beef Steers, 5% Dairy/Beef Heifers). Feeder cattle over 600 lbs was 87%. Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights after a 2-3% pencil shrink or equivalent, with up to an 16 cent slide > 600 lbs and up to a 25 cent slide < 600 lbs.
