Compared to the last sale September 19, 2024: Feeder steers steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers lightly tested for current FOB and few steady to 2.00 lower. Demand moderate to good. Bulk of the calf trade for future delivery but demand remains moderate. Weather very warm and dry across much of the south central and west regions. Rain fall is badly needed and future forecast shows very limited chances. Wheat planting and corn harvest are under way in many areas of the country. Supply included 79% from South Central, 5% North Central, 10% from the South East, <1% from the North East and 5% from the West, Current delivery is 14 days from the last day of the video and is up to and including October 17, 2024. Deliveries are Current thru March 2025.
