* Seller will guarantee a 7% maximum "pay weight" to "off truck" shrink. (Example if cattle shrink 9% "Pay Weight" to "Off Truck", seller will adjust the 2% overage for the buyer). Pay weight will be "The Official USDA Duty Pay Weight"! Seller will haul cattle 10 to 30 hours to the U.S. border prior to delivery. Cattle rested 1-3 days on feed and water @ sellers expense. Delivery day, cattle will be chute dipped one head at the time, then walked 100 yards to USDA pens. Weighed on the ground on USDA certified scales by U.S. customs agent for the "official Duty Pay Weight". Cattle will weigh on the Ground with a Zero% pencil shrink.*

Source: USDA AMS · Montgomery, AL. Prices are as filed, F.O.B. at origin, with the buyer taking freight — they are not comparable to a spot ring price and never enter a barn average. Weights are USDA’s estimates — these cattle had not been weighed when they sold. Delivery months differ between lots; a price for one month is not a price for another. Head is summed from the lots as reported.
