Demand and seller interest moderate to good. Conditions across much of the mid west and western parts of the country remain very hot and dry. Supply included 65 percent from the West region; 23 percent from the South Central region; 9 percent North Central; 2 percent from the North East; and <1 percent from the South East region. Current delivery is 14 days from the day of the sale and is up to and including August 12, 2026. Deliveries are current thru December 2026.
