For the week no test on calves and feeder cattle. Slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower and bulls sold 3.00 lower. Bred cows and cow calf pairs steady. Demand was moderate to good. Ranchers continue to make the first or second cut of cows to town due to the drought and limited feed. Prices overall continue to sell very well as demand from out-of-state buyers is good. Some of the cows are going as far east as Tennessee.
