Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers not well tested for a good market comparison, slaughter and feeder cows steady to 1.00 lower, slaughter bulls steady to 2.00 higher. Demand moderate to good for the seasonal light receipts offered. *Torrington Livestock Wednesday feeder cattle sales will start up again on August 14, and Riverton Livestock continues their summer schedule with sales every other Tuesday through August*. Hot and dry weather continues across the state this week with only scattered showers reported.
