Compared to last week: Steer and heifer calves sold 2.00 to 10.00 higher; with shots and weaned instances up to 15.00 higher. Yearlings not well tested. Demand was moderate to good. Buyers continue to show preference for weaned calves and will pay a premium for them, although vaccination status appeared to be the most important factor today as the market begins its transition into fall the fall run.
