Compared to last week: Sales at the beginning of the week followed the CME board with feeder steers and heifers trading 6.00 to 12.00 lower. The undertone seemed mixed however, as prices seemed to track with market volatility and demand for larger cattle to fill empty pens. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 1.00 to 9.00 lower.
