Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers were 2.00 to 8.00 higher. Demand was good, especially heifers going back to pasture or as replacements. Pastures are in great shape with scattered thunderstorms throughout the panhandle. Producers have been busy trying to beat the rain with wheat silage and bailing wheat hay in full swing.
