Compared to last week, feeder steers were mostly 4.00-8.00 higher and feeder heifers were mostly 3.00-6.00 higher with very good demand noted for all feeder classes. Buyers are showing the highest interest in long-weaned (45+ days), preconditioned feeder cattle with moderate to thin flesh, ideal for grazing season.

Slaughter cows were mostly steady to 3.00 higher, and slaughter bulls mostly steady to 2.00 higher.
