Compared to last week, feeder steers were unevenly steady with instances of 2.00 higher to 2.00 lower with moderate to good demand. Feeder heifers were mostly steady to 1.00 lower with mostly good demand throughout the week. Buyers continue to show the best interest for long-weaned, preconditioned feeder cattle. Slaughter cows were mostly 4.00-5.00 lower, and slaughter bulls were mostly 2.00-5.00 lower with significantly lighter demand from last week on all slaughter classes.
