Knoxville - Compared to last week, all classes of feeder cattle sharply higher with exception of bulls weighing 400 to 550 lbs. 4.00 higher. Heavy receipts and premium prices for preconditioned cattle was noted. Slaughter cows gauging 4.00 to 7.00 higher with slaughter bulls 2.00 to 4.00 higher.

Pulaski - Compared to the same sale two weeks ago, Slaughter cows and bulls steady. Steers under 600 lbs 5.00 to 15.00 higher, over 600 lbs steady to 5.00 higher. Heifers under 650 lbs 8.00 to 20.00 higher, over 650 lbs steady. Bulls 2.00 to 15.00 higher. Quality fair to fancy. Demand strong.

Fayetteville - Compared to this sale last week, too few comparable receipts on feeder steers, heifers weighing up to 550lbs 4.00 to 8.00 higher and over 550lbs 3.00 to 10.00 lower, feeder bulls weighing less than 550lbs trending 2.00 to 6.00 higher with insufficient receipts on heavier feeder bulls. Slaughter cows steady to 8.00 lower, bulls 1.00 higher.
