Knoxville - Compared to last week, feeder steers weighing up to 600 lbs. sharply lower, with those weighing over 600 lbs. 4.00 lower, feeder heifers 3.00 lower, and feeder bulls sharply lower overall. Lower prices for feeder cattle due, in part, to lower-quality offerings and recent sudden downturn in the futures market. Slaughter cows gauging 1.00 to 5.00 lower overall with slaughter bulls 1.00 lower.

Fayetteville - Compared to this market last week, feeder steers up 6.00 to 13.00, heifers down drastically, limited comparable receipts on feeder bulls but less buyer activity was noted. Slaughter cows steady and slaughter bulls 5.00 lower.
