Sweetwater - Compared to same sale last week, Slaughter cows 2.00 to 3.00 higher, Slaughter bulls 1.00 higher. Steers under 500 lbs 5.00 to 10.00 lower, over 500 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Heifers steady to 4.00 higher. Bulls 2.00 to 9.00 higher. 3 video loads 800 lbs steers 2% shrink 8 cent slide 152.00. 107 head steers 700 lbs 2% shrink 8 cent slide. 77 head weighting 722 lbs mostly black at barn weighting straight 151.00.

Savannah - Compared to last week, breaker and boning slaughter cows gauging 1.00 higher, with lean cows 2.00 to 3.00 lower, and slaughter bulls mostly steady. No comparisons available for feeder classes due to limited comparable receipts, however, a higher undertone was noted for heifers and a lower undertone noted for bulls.
