Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers steady, except 800-900 lb. steers 5.00-6.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves sold steady to 5.00 higher. Demand is good as numbers continue to run light. Some auctions were closed due to the July 4th Holiday. Slaughter cows steady to 5.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 3.00 lower. Packer demand is good, as they are still competing with aggressive feeder cow buyers.
