*For Nass* 1,713 cows and bulls sold this week with 54 percent going to packers. Last week: 2,669 cows and bulls sold with 53 percent going to packers. Last year: 1,772 cows and bulls sold with 60 percent going to packers.

Compared to last week: Combined weighted average for 7 auctions: Ada, Apache, McAlester, Oklahoma City, OKC West, Tulsa, and Woodward. Feeder steers and heifers mostly 2.00-12.00 lower. Demand light for all classes. Steer and heifer calves not well tested, but instances of 10.00-16.00 lower. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 1.00 lower. Demand moderate. CME Feeder and Live cattle futures were down the limit multiple times this week causing limited demand. Hot summer temperatures were present across the trading region this week, limiting cattle movement. Some areas of the state received some much needed rain this week.
