Compared to last week: Combined weighted average for 7 auctions: Ada, Apache, McAlester, Oklahoma City, OKC West, Tulsa, and

Woodward. Feeder steers sold mostly steady to 7.00 higher. Feeder heifers mostly 2.00-5.00 higher. Demand moderate to good for all

classes. Steer calves 2.00 higher on a light test and heifer calves steady on a light test. Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter bulls

sold steady to 2.00 higher. Demand was good Temperatures were extremely warm across the state this week reaching into triple digits. Some

much needed rain has moved across the eastern and central portions of the state just as the drought monitor began to worry producers.

Warmer temperatures are expected to continue into next week.
