Compared to last week large test the holiday test of the feeder cattle market saw lighter receipts, but the market was very active. Most weights of bawling and weaned steer calves sold 6.00 to 7.00 higher with the 600 to 700 lbs 12.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 8.00 to 10.00 higher. Heifer calves followed suit with a higher market for the week. Heifer calves sold 2.00 to 6.00 higher and feeder heifers from 700 to 800 lbs sold 10.00 higher with all other weights steady. Demand was good with several in-state and out of state buyers in attendance. Nebraska feedlots sold show-list higher with live sales 2.00 to 4.00 higher at 157.00 and dressed sales 3.00 higher at 245.00.
