This is the first combined auction results for the fall marketing season, no recent comparisons available. Moderate demand was seen for the few consignments of spring born calves, as most cattle feeders are busy with fall harvest and aren't quite ready to receive bawling calves. Good demand for yearling steers and heifers as they continue to come off grass. There was some pressure on the market however, as the cash fed cattle market has slipped down to 230.00-235.00 and boxed beef prices continue their decline.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
Source: USDA AMS, as filed — nothing recomputed and nothing rounded. This summary aggregates the same sales the North Dakota barn reports cover, so it must never be added to a state total built from those barns.
