Good demand for yearling steers and heifers, yet the sudden downturn in the cattle futures complex caused much concern. Auction receipts remain light yet in North Dakota auctions as grazing conditions remain good enough that cattle producers aren't having to pull cattle early and ship to town. Larger receipts expected in the coming weeks.
