Current hog receipts 30.

There were too few sales the previous week, due to inclement winter weather, to establish an adequate market comparison. Compared to two weeks ago, slaughter cows were 5.00 to 6.00 higher and slaughter bulls were 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Four- and five-weight feeder steers were mostly 2.00 to 4.00 higher, while six-weights were steady to 3.00 lower; feeder heifers were mostly 1.00 to 5.00 higher; and feeder bulls were mostly 1.00 to 7.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of

cattle were light to moderate. Cattle quality was average to attractive. Baby calves ranged 10.00 to 140.00 per head.
