Compared to last week, steers under 700 lbs sold 3.00 to 4.00 higher, while those over 700 lbs sold steady to 3.00 lower. Heifers sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good. Compared to last week, fed slaughter steers and heifers in the feedyards sold 2.00 higher at 126.00. Hay market prices remain steady for alfalfa and grass hay and trades remained fairly steady as well.
