Compared to last week, steers under 600 lbs sold mostly 11.00 to 18.00 higher with instances of sharply higher on those under 400 lbs. Steers weighing over 600 lbs sold 1.00 to 10.00 higher. Heifers under 600 lbs sold 4.00 to 19.00 higher, while those over 600 lbs sold 17.00 to 21.00 higher. Demand was good to very good throughout the week. Offerings were comprised of bawling fall calves and yearling type feeders, with those looking to take cattle back to grass commanding some of the most demand.
