Compared to last Thursday, Alfalfa and Grass are firm while cornstalks remained steady. The largest jump in price came from Grass even with the larger supply being offered today. This is attributed to buyers concerned about drier conditions around the country. While "premium" and "supreme" hay are still bringing the most demand, "fair" and "good" alfalfa prices are starting to cover the spread. Trade active with good demand and good buyer attendance.
