Compared to two weeks ago; steer calves traded 5.00 to 8.00 lower. Heifer calves traded mostly steady. Majority of the offering today were bawling calves with half the offering carrying spring and fall shots and the balance just spring shots. Buyers were selective today on making sure calves had spring and fall shots. A very active internet early in the day with most of the bidding coming from the seats later in the day. Much needed rain throughout the most of the day helped pen conditions. This was the last calf special on Monday for the fall run, Bred Cow Special Next Monday.
