Compared to last week; steer calves traded 5.00 to 9.00 higher with instances 12.00 higher on long string of grass type steers. Heifer calves traded 4.00 higher with a few long strings but mainly package trade. Very cold weather in the area but yet again lots of buyers on the seats and a active internet. Lots of lot time weaned grass type cattle today with several load lots off a few ranches. Sale again next Wednesday.
